Default Clutch Problem? Help!

The clutch start to feel funky lately, it feel like a "hydraulic tude without lubricate" (trying my best to describe it) when you step it to the floor, you can also hear some clunk sound. But this problem is intermittent, sometimes it feels very smooth.
Does anyone have experience with this problem before? What is the fix, and how much will it cost me?

Thanks for the help!

Easier part: do a clutch fluid change (not a likely fix).
Easy part: grease the release fork (slightly more likely fix).
Hard part: grease the T.O. bearing shaft (most likely fix).

Sad thing is if you go in to get at the T.O. bearing, you may as well do a clutch job while you're at it.

For a basic clutch job with no fancy unnecessary parts, it's about a day's work (6 to 8 hours), so you can estimate the labour costs based on the shop's hourly rate. A new T.O. bearing is about $150.00 Cdn. You may as well put in a new clutch disc while you're in there (another 150.). Now, if your clutch is getting a bit high mileage and you want to do the whole thing, best to just get the kit from Hardtopguy ($900.00 US).

NOTE: Please understand that diagnosing such problems over the internet is a "best guess". You MUST have someone take a look at it first hand and make the final determination.
ps. You could also have a bad master or bad slave clutch cylinder.
