Default Clutch questions

Lately it seems like the clutch engages at different points depending on the time of day and temperature. Maybe it's just me and I'm being lazy or sitting in the seat differently but it seems too consistent.
When I jump in the car in the morning it seems like the clutch engages way up at the top and the engagement point is incredibly short. But when I get in after lunch or something when the car is already semi-warm, the clutch engagement seems down near the floor and has significantly more travel.

Anyone have any ideas?

A temperature dependant clutch action?

Time to inspect master & slave cylinders for leaks.
Air may have gotten in to the clutch lines.
Time bleed / refresh clutch fluid.
