I can chirp in the first 1,2 and 3rd gear. I have stock oem clutch 19000 miles(80% highway miles)
I don't know how much more sure I could be, without actual specs. I know 2 other '02 owners who have similar views about the clutch, and have read many posts about '00-'02 owners who have had their clutches replaced, and complained about them. The '02 clutch part numbers are different, and the pedal effort is reduced.

What tires do you have, and what kind of surface do you drive on? I am on OEM S-02s and I drive mainly on concrete streets.

[B]just my take, but chirping tires has more to do with milage on the tires, tire compound and tire wear - not really how much your clutch grabs.

In the interest of information sharing, I went with a Clutchmaster Stage 3 clutch from Bulletproof Automotive (thanks Ben and Chris). Their pricing was more than fair and, as loyal members of the S2Ki community, I trust them. If anyone's interested in why I'm going with the Clutchmaster product or in more information, feel free to PM me.
