Clutch Slipping after MC Replacement
So I just had my master and slave replaced, and about 3 days afterwards I noticed my clutch slipping at 5-6k under hard accel.
Any connection with the replacements or just bad timing?

You don't have enough freeplay on the clutch rod.
Loosen the 12mm locknut on the clutch rod (under dash) and turn the clutch rod counter-clockwise until you get some freeplay /clearance back into the setup. The clutch rod is engaging the mc piston and putting pressure on the clutch and it won't hold under vtec and high rpms.

check under the dash again for a disconnect connector for the key fob not working. they would have gotten under there to disconnect the master cylinder from the firewall and may have disconnected some stuff to get to the hardware. I'm not sure which connector it would be exactly, but if somethings not connected, you should see it.
Not sure about the key fob, maybe the battery in the fob is dead coincidentally ?. Does your second key fob work ?. The keyless entry module is under-dash but the repair shop wouldn't have any reason to mess with it.
