Default Clutch soft to stiff to soft- back and forth

I have an 06 and ever since Ive had the car the clutch has been going from incredibly soft to stiff back and forth. Ive driven a numerous amount of other peoples s2000 and the clutches all felt stiff or much stiffer then mine and they all say that the clutch feel is consistent in their cars. Mine however on some days its stiff and some days its extremely soft. Ive replaced the master and slave cylinder and have had the clutch bled and transmission flushed multiple times and it kept bein the same. So recently I had the clutch changed out for a ACT street clutch. The day I got my car out of the shop the clutch felt PERFECT. I loved how it felt the clutch felt much stiffer. It was a weekend so I didnt drive my car till Monday and then the clutch felt soft again and now its been about 2 weeks and it goes back and forth from soft and stiff. Some people have suggested it could be a bad clutch line since Ive tried all the normal remedies? Anyone have an idea of what it could be?

TIA,

Hello.
I own my s2k since 5 months and the previous owner had installed the act PP and clutch.

I had pretty much the same feeling along that some call "sticky pedal"

A mech told me my clutch disk was going bad. But after searching awhile here I found this.
Slave Cylinder rod

the pedal is much much more consistent now.

^ thanks for the reply and your dad did a great job on your slave! however the issue was there with the previous clutch and i had already replaced the slave cylinder and with the new clutch it felt PERFECT the day i brought it home from the shop. Clutch was nice and stiff and grabbin gears hard.

The slave rod is made from a poor metal.

and it will scar pretty easy, If you daily drive your car I would not be surprised that it would need more grease on the ball.

Undo the slave took me 10 minutes. It's a really easy process.
