Clutch system lubrication-
I was wondering this also! Was planning to take my tranny off over thanksgiving weekend, but if this works that would be great. If not able to get a grease brush that far into there, i was planning to get a can of the white lithium grease in the pressurized can, or a bottle of motorcycle chain lube and spray it in there.

I can't recall 100%.. but on my supra, throw out bearing was a sealed unit.. can't lube it. period.
I'm sure it's the same with most cars? it's sealed so that clutch dust can't get in i believe.

This groove needs to be filled with high temp (urea) grease.
You can drop some grease behind the throwout with a wire and it will help for a bit.
You'll need to keep the clutch fork out of the way and I also detached a part of the slave's hard line (without disconnecting it) to get it out of the way completely.
Can't cheat that one effectively.

My clutch was replaced about 9k miles ago, including the TO bearing. The previous owner took it to a shop, and im guessing they did a crappy job greasing it, or didn't use high temp, because the pedal feedback sticks.
Its not the fork/spoon for sure, and its not the pedal because you can feel the lag if you let the pedal up fast. Its unpredictable sometimes because it will stick then 'pop' out.
Ive had this problem on a G20 infinity, where the shaft was dry/gummed up. I was hoping to avoid dropping the trans though!

I'm in the same scenario as you. I thought I greased the inside of the TOB enough...but sure enough after 600 miles, I have the sticky pedal. I completely forgot to grease the bearing cap!
I'm going to try to see if I can grease it through the release fork hole this weekend. Will post results. I really don't feel like pulling the tranny again...
