Default Clutch? Transmission? Syncros? Help!

Alright so my car is pretty much on the edge of no longer being able to move.
Symptoms
Clutch engages in about 3 inches of movement
Clutch pedal has no pressure
When idling at a red light just now, it was choking and in first gear, I smashed the pedal with a lot of force to get it to the floor to be out of first
It started out popping out of 6th gear, then reverse

It started popping out of 6th one week ago. The clutch pedal left half its pressure 12 hours ago. The clutch started engaging in shorter and shorter distance over a few hours of driving for my job, I drove home 30 miles on the highway home avoiding leaving 6th, and when I got to the city finally I had a ton of problems and it wouldn't go into almost any gear. When my car is moving it changes gear a lot easier, if I am idle and not moving I have to slam it with a good amount of force into gear.

Please give me advice, what to buy, and DIY guides. This is my first manual and this does really scare me that my transmission might be broken.
I have an early 2004 with 50,3** miles, which is known for popping out of first gear with a bad transmission fixed later in the year.

Thinking about just taking it to a tranmsission shop 1.2 miles down the road around noon. Not sure if that's a good or bad idea with the s2000.

Well it turned out to be a brake fluid leak, going to let them jack it up in the morning to check for a leak.
Thanks for nothing s2000 under the hood 0_o.
Weird symptoms, but keep in mind the symptoms for future reference!
I read last night that brake fluid is also known as "clutch fluid" (like headlight fluid does not exist ), in a hydraulic clutch system such as the s2000's it is used as a lubricant I guess.

Seems you think between 11PM and 5AM we're all just waiting for you to post up something so we can respond. I was sleeping.

Clutches use brake fluid. there is only ONE fluid, not a clutch version and a brake version.

Leaking fluid doesn't explain popping out of 6th. Lack of fluid will make the clutch hard to use, as in changing gears, but the clutch itself is held in place by a pressure plate.

Report back after fluid problem resolved and give people time to respond to your posts.

Haha I had like 30 views and no comments while people were posting on other ones.
And according to s2ki it was 10 PM to 10 AM time frame.
I work as a pizza boy, so I'll report back on sunday if I experience 6th popping out, it happened more when the engine is cold even though its in the 60sº out in Dallas area.
I should put about 250 miles on working wed/fri/saturday/sunday.

Why do you feel that anyone OWED you a response?

If you think the brake fluid in the clutch hydraulic system is used as a lubricant, you might want to do a bit more reading...

im interested in seeing if that fixed it... and why you didnt check the levels and notice it was low aswell? i check all my fluids once a week, usually sunday mornings. also, that fluid will definately leave a mark, my friends 300zx had paint eaten off of the inside under the master cylinder in the bay... its pretty obvious

edit: but he didnt pop outa gear, so thats another issue id think
