Which coilovers to buy?

From: Ex-pat f/Melbourne, Au. Now in
I've seen ads in SCC for a set of 4 coilovers and springs (complete kit that uses existing shocks) for b/w $129 and $149. Are these good?
Also, what are the spring rates of the stock S2000 shocks?
