Forgot to add that after the test with the oil, when I started the car again there was a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust.

Thats just oil burning off.

You may have a simple bent valve. dont be so quick to write off the entire engine.

Pull the cylinder head. you have to no matter what. you may find the problem is in the head, fix it, and get back on the road.

if you are 100% sure that you are going FI, then rebuild the engine with stronger internal parts. That will be your best bet.

If i go fi it would most likely be sc which would be low to mid 300 right?
