Default Compression test results

A few days ago I posted some issue I am having with the car. Previously while driving home on saturday from work after going into vtec a few times the oil light flickered. I was about 2 blocks from home so I just limped to the front door and parked it. There was also a slight valve tap at the time as well. I checked the oil is was maybe a half qt low but had a strong odor of gasoline to it. On mondy I changed the oil with mobil 1 and put a brand new honda filter on and haven't seen the oil light since. Now im still having issues where the car idles and sounds ust fine until I drive it seems under power and u can't shift without bringing the rpms down. I also hear a slight rotating noise until the clutch is pushed all the way in. Just to make sure the engine is okay I did a compression test today and the readings were:
cylinder1-235
2-235
3-230
4-230
Will the clutch even though it doesn't seem to be slipping cause the car to seem underpowered?? I'm going to attempt to drop it off at honda today. One last thing when I pulled the plugs the tips were very white in color.

Those compression test numbers look fine.

The "clutch rotating noise" could be the throwout bearing or some funny wear on the disc.

Having the oil light flicker is not a good thing - it indicates very low oil pressure. Hopefully there will be no long-term consequences from it. One half quart low should not cause the oil light to come on. Perhaps the engine idle speed dropped too?

I don't understand the problem about not being able to shift unless the RPMs come down. Do you mean that you can't shift at all when accelerating at high RPM? If so, there may be some problems with your cluch and/or transmission.

Yea im thinking that there is a clutch issue cuz it's very hard to shift at higher rpms and it revs fine when not in gear but while driving it feels like its dragging.

bad TOB will make a noise, but the noise will go away when the clutch pedal is depressed. what do your plugs look like?

plugs were very white on the end and the car feels like it revs free until in gear then it seems like its dragging.
