I know the aftercooled supercharger kit can have a BOV but can I add one to the non aftercooled version? I noticed in the black tube from charger to intake has a bypass valve in it......I asked comptech and they have never tested it.....

Sure it can. Just attach it to the aluminium L bend. Will take some fabrication though.

You'll also have to block the tube leading to the intake pipe.

 

I was thinking it would connect right to the L tube, but what do you mean by blocking the tube from the intake.....thanks

The stock system is simply a hose between the pressuried L pipe and the rubber intake tract with a bypass valve inline (near the intake). If you remove this assembly you need to find a way to attach a BOV to the pressurised L pipe (some fabrication of a flange would be the preferred method) but you also need to block the hole where the bypassed charge air returns to the intake tract as under boost it will be sucking unfiltered air in. A small rubber bung and a hose clamp will do the trick.
