has anybody been able to fit the comptech cf airbox with the vortech supercharger???

im also trying to find a good pic of the satin finish vortech charger.....

For your first question I ask "WHY?" Why put the Comptech part on the Vortech kit. If you want Comptech then buy their kit.

Here is a picture of the satin kit. If you ask me the polished is TOTALLY worth the extra $200 because the satin looks like POOP.

 

Wouldn't using the Comptech airbox defeat the purpose of having the Vortech Aftercooler? You'd have to hack the system in order for it to work. Doesn't sound like a reasonable thing to do.

I'm confused where does the PowerCooler attach? to the TB? Isn't that where the Comptech box attaches?

Ok I edited my first post, I meant wouldn't you have to hack the different components to get the effect of the cooler. Should learn to read what I type before hitting submit.

 

i think he means the Comptech airbox used with their SC kit, on the Vortech SC kit.
