Default Comptech Intake

Me and a couple friends installed my comptech intake the other day. For the 02 models you have to reloacte your horn, we couldnt find out where by the picture so we put in wherever we could. (Not having much lee way, also needing a bolt) Intake looks great sounds great , no problems what so ever. How ever today in traffic I had to hit my horn and it sounds like buzzing or rattling, should I be concerned? Should I go back and fix it? what do you think the problem is? I appreciate any comments-thanks!

The horn could be touching something or it could be grounded poorly. When you were relocating it, did you by chance turn the adjuster screw? You may have "untuned" it.

The horn will bolt to the same threaded hole that the stock airbox attaches to the framerail. Remove the airbox bracket 1st. You have loosen the nut on the horn bracket to change the angle of the horn. Then make sure the horn isn't resting against the frame.

my original comptech intake made my horn do that. the horn was touching something under the hood making vibrate funny. just bend it out or twist the horn another direction for mounting.
