comptech tuning with aem ems

my tuner said with the 550s i will not need the comptech fpr
what do i use instead of the comptech fpr do i replace it with the stock fpr??

i sold the cams....
i did research and it was not worth it in my opinion........
time and money was short for installation especially with tuning and the sc itself...
