convert top drian clogged ! help!

Default convert top drian clogged ! help!

just washed my car went to take it for a spin and a pool is in my car haha ! my left convert top drain is cloggeg, can anyone give me an idea how to unclog it!! the interiois pieces are already out !!

Pull it out or run a coat hanger down through the drain. Once you have all of the panels out the drain comes out fairly easily, however getting it back in can be a pain!!!

If you look in the rear wheel wells you will find the bottom of the drains. I ran into this problem as well, coat hanger will work, or something flexible and long. Just a cleaning process really.

I would suggest putting the top down, pulling out all the crap you can from up top, and then find underneath where the drains come out (in the rear quarter fender well) and go up with a coat hanger. Once that is done go back up top and clean from the top with the coat hanger. Put the top up and water test.

ya i used a coat hanger and it deff helped but i can tell there is stil stuff in there slowing the flow down....i hate the convert top it drives me nuts lol! wish i was rich so i could get a hardtop
