Default Removing Ignition Issue. HELP

So I had to buy a new ECU and immobilizer with key as my last ecu is going out.

ECU instal went great....now I'm stuck on ignition. I have access to it, but the damn screws that hold it to the steering column have no removability, it's like they are sheared off at the top. Is there something I'm missing here? This is a shot from the top, looking down from the top/side of the steering wheel (all plastics are removed and column is dropped.) How the hell do I remove these things that are the last step holding this immobilizer/ignition unit in there?

Help is greatly appreciated.
