Default Coolant exploding everywhere!

Hey so ive noticed everytime i run the car, usually most often when i redline my car i pop the hood and i see that cooland is spilled everywhere. Its on my hood, my valve cover, all hoses, intake box, just everywhere. its been doing this since i bought the car a week and a half ago... Could it be it just has to much coolant? i checkd and there is very little in the reservoir..
Maybe the radiator cap is bad? idk but it is very frusterating because i always have to clean my engine bay..

has anyone else had this problem??? thanks!

And you keep driving it?

Is there a cap on the coolant bleeder valve behind the engine by the firewall (there should be)? Also make sure the other bleeder valve is closed tight as well. It is on the right side of the engine near the front.

Simply sounds like you may have a leak somewhere. You should check the simple stuff first, hoses ect, then maybe perform a pressure test. What is your temp guauge at wile driving?

my temperature gauge is fine right where it should be when the car is warm... the location of the splatter looks like its coming from the actual cap and spreading back...

Check the radiator for cracks, there is a thread in the Tampa Bay forum about cracked radiators, your car is 10 years old now. Mine was cracked and replaced already.

there could be a hairline crack on top of the radiator or the hoses.

I would be careful driving it, I wouldn't drive it myself. Just because your temp gauge reads ok doesn't mean it's ok, you could get an air pocket in the cooling system and cause it to overheat before your coolant tempature gauge picks up the spike in tempature.
