should i get another plastic radiator or will it just crack again? the nice koyo aluminum ones are rather pricey.. ?
i had the same problem too before. i replaced mine with the mishimoto one. cheaper than the koyo.

I put the stock one back in and upgraded to Spoon thermostat and fan switch. The original lasted 10 years why not, depends on what your plans are for your car.

get a mishimoto radiator. cheap, works good and fits OEM fans.

Screw plastic endtanks. All metal ftw.

this same thing happened to me. replaced it with a koyo radiator (cuz it was cheaper and more readily available locally).

one thing to keep in mind is that the metal core radiators are thicker than the plastic OEM ones. this may cause fitment issues if you have a coolant plate in the front or a intake. i had to move some stuff to allow it to fit with my comptech intake and ARC heat plate.
