Default Coolant Leak

I just recently replaced my intake manifold and I swapped everything from my old manifold to the new one. So far the only issue I'm having is coolant leaking from the bleed valve on the manifold. Is it possible that I tightened it too much? I really don't want to drive it while its leaking coolant. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
