Hi all

I just got done reading the topic "Is it OK to leave the top off your air intake box....". Sucking hot air into your engine seems to be a constant topic. Just a thought, but has anyone tried removing, or have any experience with the circuit that flows hot coolant around the throttle body? Would this lower the air temperature? Are there derivability problems that may result?

I think www.proflowdesign.com had a kit with a valve where you could turn it off and back on (if you needed it in cold weather).
Maybe do a search, I tried but couldn't find anything.
Might have been long enough ago that it was on h-a.net and lost.
