Default Coolant for MY00

I've been doing some searching and have wound up a little confused. I have an MY00 that I purchased about a month ago and I'm wondering what type of coolant I should use. I've seen that all years except MY00 recommend Honda Type II and that MY00 should use just a low or non-silicate coolant. Are there any certain brands you guys recommend? Or can I use the Honda Type II if I flush the old stuff out first? Which would be a better way to go? Thanks.

Use the Honda Type II. The block is AL and as such, it is the best for the application. MY00-08 all have the same basic block.
