Here is some info on Honda type 2 coolant. It came directly from Honda service news Sept 2000;

All Season Antifreeze/Coolant Type 2.

Nice information to have. Thanks.
However, if it were my car, I'm not so sure I would leave any coolant in for 10 years - a garage queen maybe but not a daily driver.
