Default coolant running through throttle body

Ok.. kinda new to s2000s.

But... noticed we have coolant running through the throttlebody.
I'm sure it is for cold days keeping it from freezing up...
but I live in HOT florida and wondering if anyone has bypassed it to give a NON-HEATED intake charge?

I just did a bypass on the coolant ling. Just get a 10" piece of tubing and 2 rubber cap for in and out on the tb. Disconnect the coolant lines from the tb and then from the 2 metel colant lines. You will need the 2 spring clamps. Take the new rubber tubing and connect it to the 2 metel coolant lines using the 2 spring clamps. Put the rubber caps on the 2 3opening of the tb & your done. Remeber to open the raditor cap to release any presure also make sure you have given the car plenty of time to cool down. I also suggest that you put a towel under the tb and over the alt. because a small amout of coolant will spill out. Should only cost you about $5.00 at the most and 30 min. of your time. Good luck.

I did this mod too. Honestly, I don't think it was really worth the effort.
