The temp sensor has a bit of coolant on it, but it kinda appears to be coming from the bottom hose. Like I mentioned in my previous post it was a pain to get it off and I had to do a lot of prying and wiggling. It got a bit scratched up, but I don't believe I pierced it or anything.
I can try to tighten it down a bit more, but otherwise do you guys think it's time to replace? I'm guessing duct tape would be a really bad idea? I'm just wondering how hard this change would be. Thanks.
Cleaned the area under the radiator a little and used the cooling pressure tester kit again to double check it's the bottom hose. At 18psi I see no signs of leaks. No fresh coolant. I'm stumped.
If you have talcum powder or something like that, you can dry up as much coolant as possible, throw some in the area you feel is leaking and pressure test again. If possible try to move the lower hose closer to the rad, and adjust the spring clamp so it clears the rolled part of the rad flange.

Interesting about the talcum powder, never thought about that.
Also, I brought the spring clamp a bit closer to the radiator. I hope this helps. Thanks!
