Default Cooling issue

Can't remember when it started, but as of right now I have the following issue:

Idles fine at 8 bars, during the day it seems to run fine as well
Around nighttime though it will climb past that unless under load

Day, get hot air from the vents just fine
Night, goes in & out

Seems like no matter how often I bleed it, still has air in the damn system.

Replaced the radiator with a used OEM unit in July after the original one cracked the lower tank. Ran fine.

Eventually the water hose above oil filter ripped. Replaced with new Honda piece, ran fine.

Then around January or so it went to hell.
Replaced a fan switch (Napa) thinking my fans weren't engaging.

Dad read about lower hoses supposedly sucking in air but not bad enough to leak fluid. Replaced that, forget brand.

Replaced the OEM thermostat with a new Honda piece.

Recently replaced the belt and that made it so I could drive the car again but seems like I only get about 20+/- miles before it really starts acting up.

Tonight for example, 5 mile drive home and maybe 2 miles into it I had to get on side streets so as to avoid sitting at a red light and in case I had to pull off to cool. Even with A/C engaged for the fan and blower on max heat. Got home, but not before hitting a high of probably 13 bars or so somewhere along the way. Mainly seemed to only get cool when putting the engine under load, and expansion tank was nearly full when I got it in the garage with a good amount of air coming out of the bleeder afterward.

Sorry to ramble, but enough is enough. Supposed to be heading to the Dragon tomorrow but looks like I'll be riding with someone if I go as I don't trust the car enough to take it on that long of a trip.

Pretty much thinking head gasket or water pump at this point. Any ideas?

I'm guessing the water pump at this moment. Not something you can change overnight. Radiator cap will allow lots of coolant into the overflow bottle if it's the wrong pressure.

13 bars (AP2) is very hot. OEM scale on top.
