Default cost to have retainers changed?

my car has now seen about 20 track days... It is a 2.2L that I rev to about 8300-8500rpm most of the time (shut off is at 8500rpm via AEM EMS).

as part of making sure it holds together i was thinking I should have my retainers checked at the worst and possibly replaced...i have overreved it coming back down through the gears a few times but nothing horrible like 5th-2nd... and I have misshifted a couple of times..usually very quickly from 4th back to 3rd instead of 5th (doh)....

the car was running great on Monday at Watkins Glen but if something is cracked I really don't want to **** up my entire engine...thought I would be smart to do some preventative maint...

any idea of what it should cost?

thanks

If you live in the Delaware valley, what are you 2-3 hours from NY Metro? Why not contact Billman and set something up. If I were reasonably close, I would think it would be worth the trip for peace of mind on a job done right by someone who knows intimately what he is looking at.
