Default Cracked water pump pulley

Was inspecting around the engine bay, when this caught my eye. Two cracks in the water pump pulley. I don't know exactly when I'll get around changing this, but until then, should I be concerned? Car runs/pulls fine.

Would you be concerned if this pulley broke off? If not then by all means keep driving and ignore it.

Yes you should.

Change the $20 pulley. Id look for other damage as well. That pulley just doesn't crack.

Is it really a crack? From the picture, it looks like a deep scratch.

At first I thought that too... but at some closer examination it's definitely a crack all the way through.

I will, but of course will not come up to $20 online... by the time you factor in the shipping and handling it's $33.32.
So might as well pick it up from the dealer locally.

Is your car boosted at all? A few Kraftwerks cars have had this issue.

Even if it is, look at the front of the pulley, It is all scratched up.
