Default Crankshaft thread

Is the thread on crankshaft that holds pulley normal lefthanded? (opens counter clockwise)
Just want to make sure, bolt seems to be pretty stuck.

Yes, it's regular threads. You will need the Honda (or Honda equivalent) hex holding tool with 1/2" breaker bar to wedge against the subframe and then a large 3/4" breaker bar with a 19mm socket to get it to come off. You are guaranteed to break a 1/2" breaker bar if you try using that with a pipe. (I've tried and failed multiple times.)

Spray penetrating oil on the bolt first, let it soak overnight, spray it again, then try turning the bolt.

Don't try to turn it when dry.
