A proper hole saw has a drill bit in the middle to keep from "walking". That's not the usual place for the tweeter on an S2000 door.

I would scribe the outline of the hole you want in the plastic and then take a Dremel tool with a sanding drum and enlarge the hole.

I used a 2" hole saw to cut a hole on the other side of the speaker grille to mount mine. Its impossible to flush mount a tweeter in the OEM location without extensive foam work. You need a flat surface, and just behind the speaker grille area is one of the best flat surfaces on the door panel. What size hole saw did you use? And what size hole saw do the installation instructions for your speakers recommend? I prefer using a dremel tool if I have to bore out a hole just a bit wider, as mentioned above.

If you don't own a dremel. Takeoff door panel set it on a piece of wood. Use the hole saw with the center drill bit, drill a pilot into the wood, and have someone hold your door panel still while you enlarge the existing hole.
