There are VIN stickers located throughout the S2000 and, I think, the VIN is stamped into the firewall.
10 VIN stickers total:
4 under the hood: 1 each fender, 1 underside of hood, 1 front bumber on a little lip
2 in each door "well": one on either side of the door jamb (one on the rear fender piece, one on the swinging door piece)
2 in the trunk: 1 underside of trunk lid, one on the little lip of the rear bumper that points to the trunk
