AP2 Engine and trans direct swap into Ap1?

I am getting a new ( used ) motor soon and I was wondering if the wiring from the Ap2 will work on my '00 S2000? Are there any issues I will run into? The trans I know is a direct hookup and that. thanks guys for the info.

Wiring harness Is the same from 00-05.

Tiny difference with fuel rail. You'll have to cut a small tab off your fuel line. Very easy.

Output flange on trans is different.

Think that's it.
