Default Dashboard and electrical components going crazy when I insert key....

Hi All,
Last Friday my car just randomly lost power while cruising at around 30MPH. I looked at the dash and it was off! I put the car in neutral and hit the start button and it fired up instantly. I drove it all weekend without any issues. Today, I came home for lunch and when I was getting ready to leave, the car would not start. In fact, the dashboard and interior lights started going crazy just by turning the key. You can hear a crazy flickering sound coming from the fuse box under the hood. If I hit the start button, the dash goes dark and there is a nasty buzzing sound coming from the start button. If I remove the key, the interior lights work and remote key work just fine. I also tried the other two keys (regular and valet key). The battery is about two years old and is reading 12.8V, but reads 6.3V when I put the key in and turn. Last time I had a bad battery, the car was just dead, not this flickering craziness!

Here is a video I took with my phone.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Ok, tested my battery at Pepboys and it had a bad cell which explains the crazy flickering! I'll leave the video up incase someone has a similar issue.
