Default Possible immobilizer issue

I have used the search feature but i have been lead to dead ends. Can any one tell me if this sound like an immobilizer problem?

When i insert the key in the ignition, turn it to position I, (no dash lights, radio comes on)

Turn it to position II, all of the lights on the dash show up for 1 or 2 second but the green immobilizer key does not turn on.

once i turn the key back to position I the green immobilizer light blinks for 3-5 seconds then goes off.. then i remove the key and try again.

there is nothing on the key ring, the car wont start.

i have recently replaced the battery because it went bad. there is good connection and no corrosion, terminals are tight.
i have replaced the spark plugs because they were a bit fouled.
i have also replaced a main fuse because it blew due to a loose terminal.

any suggestions?

new battery..

the car turns over but it doesnt start.. its getting gas, fuel pump is charging, and the lines are priming but it doesnt seem to have spark.

i am going to double check the plugs for proper gap, i am also going to go through all of the fuses and make sure non of them are blown..

does any one have ign/immobilizer wiring diagrams?

i guess next on the list will be a obdII scan, and a leak down!

If the car is turning over, and your key light in your dash is turning green and not red, I dont think its your Immobilizer.

I've programed a lot of keys (immobilizer) of honda's and when a key is bad or not programed the light will turn on in your dash but the car will not turn over. And the key light will be red. Hope this helps,

Get a scan tool on it and see what if any DTC you have.
