check the dipstick yourself, they might have forgotten a quart or something.

My "Maint Reg" light is on. I recently switched to synthetic and I can run that oil for 7K instead of the normal 3k. I think I just need to reset the light. Anyone now how to do that?

Thanks

The car does not know the oil was changed. The system has to be reset, I would imagine you would find out how in the owners manual.

Always check the dipstick after an oil change, even if you DIY.

To reset maint. info display...........(from Helm's)

1)Turn ignition to "ON" position.
2)Press trip button repeatedly until engine oil indicator is displayed.
3)Press and hold the trip button down for about 10 sec.
The engine oil life indicator and maint. item codes will blink.
4)Press and hold the trip button for another 5 sec. The display will reset to 100%
