Hi

I have Defi oil pressure/temp./water temp. gauges with defi brain unit.

They are about 8months old. I didn't have any troubleshooting issues with this setup. But from a week ago, it is resetting while driving sometimes. Not that often... but I am not comfortable with this problem.

Anyone know why this problem comes up?

I have a defi gauge and the needle got stuck once due to the line being pinched behind the pillar. that's all that i can think of.

 

either your constant power wire is loose or something else is loose. I would assume they have 3 wires for power.

red - switched
yellow - constant
black - ground

 

You have a bad connection at the ign (switched) wire to the control unit.

Or, a bad ground.
