Defroster polarity?

Defroster polarity?
Hello,
I started to swap out my oem soft top with ez-on, and I'm not sure how the defroster connects. The window has a 'red' and a non-colored connection so I wasn't sure if there was any polarity involved. Is there a specific way the connectors need to be hooked up, or can the connectors go in either way? Is there +/-?
