Default Diff Clicks?

There is a clicking sound that comes from the rear of my s2k when leaving (2k rpm) a complete stop. It clicks 1, 2, sometimes 3 times and seems to be more prevalent when on inclines and when warmed up? Any ideas?

I think it is the rear Hub nut that is causing the problem. To fix the problem, you should get 2 new Hub nuts and torque them down to 220 ft lbs of torque.

before considering the diff...like stated above, make sure the axle nuts are torqued down properly, if they are. move on to the axles. also, if it is the axle nuts, and its been doing this for some time, there could have already been enough damage done to the bearing/hub. only fix for that is replacement, but first, check the torques come back with what you discover.

No need for new nuts. Re-use the old ones
