Or even 80W-140 Amsoil. Especially with the Richmond 4.57s.

Amsoil Severe Gear 75W110 or 75W140 are both excellent gear oils - frankly the best gear oils on the market IMHO.

I ran SG 75W110 in my 4.57 setup and was actually quieter than LE. The LE was relatively quiet for around 400-500 miles and then the noise increased steadily. Amsoil 75W90 and 75W110 was not as quiet as LE was initially - but never got louder and overall quieted the gearset more. The biggest thing I noticed was how clean the Amsoil comes out in comparison. I tried one fill with LE and it came out filthy after only 5000 miles - the drain plug was covered with fuzz.
I ran Amsoil for 15,000 - 20,000 mile intervals and it always comes out clean with minimal fuzz on the magnetic drain plug. The last drain (when the diff was pulled) was at around 15,000 miles and there was very little detectable fuzz on the plug - most of the plug was clean - and the oil came out clean.

I didn't have to pay for it, it came with my differential swap out when I had my 4.56's installed through HTG done by Puddydad. I merely asked for the upgraded hardware and solid distance piece and it came that way already installed. I have very minimal whine (to be expected with 4.56's). But as I recall if I did have to pay for it, it was only $110. Cheap for the peace of mind it gave me, knowing that it had to be right with the precision it takes to get the solid distance piece machined just so, to get the preload right. If I had to pay for it again I would.
I believe all of Puddy Mod's Stage 2 and up diffs use a solid sleeve. The difference is the sleeve is exactly spot on from the start. Puddy takes the time to very accurately measure and machine the sleeve to near perfection. It completely takes that variable out of the build/assembly.

And actually if you rev it HIGH the diff tends to live longer because you get the tires spinning. Now if you let it bog or catch off the line, that is what's going to blow the diff.
How would bogging the engine be difficult on the diff? I assume that by bogging you mean not giving the car enough gas off the line and allowing it to do the shakes for a second.
