Did they charge you or do they do it as a warranty/recal thing?

Does anyone have any idea what production number of 02 Honda started using the new bolts?

Search is your friend. I searched under "oil jet bolt VIN" and came up with these two thread:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...0&#entry4188306
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...et%20bolts&st=0

Short answer, as I stated in the first thread listed above, "It was reported that MY 2002 cars with engines above #1025386 had the new bolts. However, when I dropped the pan on a MY 2002 car with engine #1025376, it had the new bolts already installed"!
