I ran an autocross last Sunday and heard a new sound. On right turns it sounds like the differential is chattering. A friend was watching from off course and said it looked like I was getting wheel hop on the right rear wheel.

On my last run, Jay rode with me and the noise was worse. It happened on every right turn, not just the ones where I was accelerating hard.

Anyone have any ideas?

Pull the drain plug and see. Chatter is the teeth engaging. How recently have you checked your fluid?
