Kendall diff oil (the one w/ friction modifier added) works great w/ a KAAZ .......... I can take a picture of the bottle if you want.

I'm not sure about this, perhaps krazik or someone else can answer. You do realize that the Torsen LSD on the S2000 has no clutches, right?

The redline engineer cautioned *against* using shockproof in non-racing applications, ie: street cars.

His comments where that shockproof worked very well under extreme conditions and high heat, but was a poor choice for sub-normal operating temperatures. His feeling was that the normal gear oil would give significantly better protection during warm-up, even if it gave slightly less protection when at racing temperatures.

That said, I still have shockproof gear oil in my BMW motorcycle transmissions, though I will likely replace with normal redline gear oil next change.

I dyno'd with the stock fluid and then when I changed to Shockproof heavy. Any changes were within the error band of the dyno, so I wouldn't worry too much about power losses when warm.

I don't know. Their website seems to imply yes, but I would contact kaaz to ask. They "should" work.

Also in the S2KI marketplace we carry the normal Redline 75W90 gear oil if you don't want to run the Shockproof.

75W90 is $7.75 and Shockproof HW is $8.00 so cost between two shouldn't be an issue.
