I have the opportunity to buy a new Kaaz Diff for around $700-800, and I was wondering if you guys think I should do it.. I don't REALLY have the money right now, but I think I can pull it off.. but it will make things tight on the budget later on..

Are there any alternatives that are better than Kaaz right now?? Also, does the Kaaz unit replace the stock final gear, or is that a seperate piece? Would it be less expensive to have the labor done for the final gear, and the diff at the same time??

Thanks

Chris

Edit: PS- I will be boosting in the future, but right now I dont have any engine mods worth mentioning...

What about the final gear??? Is that part of the LSD??

I want to get a 4.44 final, I guess I should wait until I can afford that before I go installing a new LSD??

It would make better sense and save labor dollars to install both the final gear and LSD at the same time.

I am pretty sure the Reverend put a kaaz diff in his s2000. He even had a web site where he described the install. Try a search on his posts or on differential threads.
