Did you replace the synchro sleeves? Which oil are you going to use now?
Yes I replaced the synchro sleeves (they came with the sets)
I am using the new Honda MTF for now but will probably change to either the GM friction modified or the Amsoil offering at the next change. I wanted to see if the "new" transmission would benefit from the spec'd fluid or not....so far so good but it is not as smooth as either of the other 2 mentioned.

My transmission is feeling a little notchy. Honda MTF was changed 10k miles ago, but I will probably switch too. 99% of the cars that use Honda MTF have a transaxle with an integrated differential. I believe the S2000 trans is the only manual trans made by Aisin and I don't know if Honda had us in mind when they had it formulated. Have you tried Redline?

No, never tried the Redline. Maybe I will consider it.
