Wow....Comptech finally released the 2004 vs 2003 dyno plots. Looks pretty interesting. Here is my dyno. 2004 Comptech s/c with afrercooler and Mugen exhaust.

Keep in mind, depending on what dyno charts you compare, it looks like a stock MY04-05 has about 5-15hp/ftlb more than its predecessor from as low as 2500RPM all the way up to redline. Once you get up past 3000RPM, it's mainly as much as 10-15hp/ftlb difference.

How does the 04 feel with the supercharger, i have read posts that there is not much of a feel difference til vtec hits. is this true with the 04 as well? i am trying to get an overall feel of the car. I had a z4 3.0 for the weekend and was wondering how the s2000 would feel compared to this

It looks as though the 2.2L motor benefits abit more from the SC at a lower RPM, however, with an centrifugal SC'd motor, you're not going to get peak hp and torque gains until redline or very near redline. I got a ride in a Comptech SC'd MY01 and in the passenger seat, I didn't notice much of a difference until VTEC and I'm sure an '04 is not going to be much different. If you want more of a V6 kick in the pants pull, you may want to stay tuned for this:

It probably won't make as much peak power, but it will make a whole lot more low end torque.

my installer said that the .2 increase in displacement does wonders compared to a 2.0.

they did back to back installs on my car (2004) and someone else's car (pre-2004) and on the same dyno/oprator, my car was higher.
