Does anyone recognize what this is and what it is for? I'm tucking my fuse box and found this spliced into the wires underneath. It looks similar to a relay but has zero markings on it.



Some of the wires were damaged by excessive heat and would like to replace it and properly solder it in.

 

I dont recall seeing any of those pieces when i recently did my relocation.

 

It's definitely not OEM and I have no idea what's it's for. I figured someone might recognize it by the wires it is attached to.

 

Not oem for sure... a relay added in for something... headlights? aftermarket alarm?
