i plan on doing a few new things to my05 ap2 im getting a col air intake,vafc,and i plan on dropping my resinators and putting test pipes. will droping my resinators and adding test pipes gain hp or lose hp. i also plan on getting tuned as well. thanks in advance

i would suggest to get an intake exhaust and header and cat remove before tuning. that way you will save money on tuning again for future mods.

and yes depending on your mods some lose hp and to some gain. it just depends on what you buy.

oh yea test pipe will gain HP.

 

Yeah it is not replacing the resonator it is replacing the catalytic converter with the test pipe. That will always gain hp. Other mods like exhaust and header depend on the model you chose.
