you are out of alot of options if the place you bought it from wasnt even in your country.

Do a leak down test and see what is leaking. If you dont have one of those, do another compression test, and this time, put a tablespoon worth of oil down the #4 cylinder. If the compression goes up, you'll know it due to rings. If not, you know a valve is bent!

sounds like some one may have known about this before your purchase, can you take it back?

its definitly not an injector doubt its rings as its not smokey or using oil. wat else could it be and is it worth getting it fixed or will it be a new engine.

head was stripped this week turns out it was valve guides on cylinder 4. also the mechanic mentioned there was alot of carbon and soot build up around the valves and the valve guides were worn ovally instead of side to side?? anyways he ordered the valve guides off honda but they wont fit as they are too small in the centre so the valves wont fit in, he reckons the head was off before and maybe changed to an ap2 head.? he says he can bore out the middle to make it fit instead of waiting another week for the proper ones. the compression was 60 on cylinder 4 and only 120 on the rest would this be wear and tear or would it be because of the valve guides cause its very low compared to other lads s2k's.
