Unhappy Drivers side window fell into the slot

Was driving and decided to roll up the windows as it was getting colder. When the window reached the top, I heard a click (like a plastic clip breaking), so I rolled the window down some, then all of a sudden it fell into the door slot. It is still on track and I can manually move it up and down with my hand, but it wont stay up. Is this a window regulator or something else? And if it is a window regulator, how do I go about changing it out? (I already have the door panel off). Thanks in advance.

The regulator is broken. Time for a new one.

I have them and I can sell them to you...$50 for both, plus shipping.
