This is probably a stupid questions so here goes. I am assuming my drl is dead or my fuse for it is blown. I am not sure which one it is. My high beam lights work. On my dash board the drl is on when the car is out of park because it would normally shut off unless something is wrong with my drl.

So my question is my drl fuse is dead or the light blub itself?
