Default DTC code pulled now need help!

hey guys i have a 00 S and when i bought it the car has a slight misfire at idle but runs strong as ever i got ahold of a friends scan tool and this is what i got p0301 cyl 1 misfire p0302 cyl 2 misfire, and p1399 random misfire. I changed the plugs thinking this may have been the prob but no. So i ordered 2 ignition coils one for cyl1 and one for cyl2 is this a common prob thats easily fixed and does anyone else have any suggestions. My buddy said it might be an vaccum leak but i havent detected one yet. When the car is cold and you start it it runs fine but when it idles down it pup pup pup a little. thanks for all of your help guys

check the valve clearance. if they're out of spec, they can cause a misfire as well.

try not to use those 2 new coils just yet. first try shuffling the coils you have on the car already around. switch the coils from the misfiring cyls to the non misfiring cylinders. if the misfire moves cylinders in correlation with the coil packs you moved, then it's your coils. if not, the the coils are fine and you can return the new (expensive) ones you bought.
